Alison Albino

Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Licensed Music Therapist

Alison Albino, LCSW, MT-BC, is a licensed clinical social worker and board-certified music therapist who works with clients of all ages. Whether that’s a child managing big feelings, a teen exploring identity, or an adult breaking free from old patterns, she offers a space where humor, honesty, and self-discovery can coexist, and where strengths are recognized as clearly as challenges.

Drawing from CBT, DBT, and expressive arts, Alison blends the principles of social work with the creativity of music therapy. Her experience spans hospice, IICAPS, high schools, special needs programs, skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, hospitals, community health, inpatient and outpatient mental health, and home-based care. This breadth allows her to adapt her approach to each person’s needs and circumstances.

With more than five years in hospice care, Alison brings deep insight into life transitions, grief, and resilience. Above all, she believes you don’t have to carry what’s heavy alone—this is a place where you can breathe, ask hard questions, and show up exactly as you are.
